Driven by a love for pasta and all things Italian, one lucky City Kids team member was excited to try Pasta Remoli with her family. PLUS read on for a chance to WIN a meal for 4.
Such a great concept. In a nutshell, Pasta Remoli serves up freshly cooked pasta with sauces and toppings. Allowing you to build-your-own plate of pasta dreams. We all left their Dickens Yard (Ealing) Restaurant with happy bellies. And a list of other pasta combinations that we want to try the next time we swing by.
At just £6.80, their child menu comprises of a pasta dish, soft drink and of course a sweet something for afters. Kids can select from a Spaghetti, Fusilli, Maccheroncini and combine it with either their Bolognese, Tomato & Basil, Creamy Mushroom or Butter & Parmesan sauce. Of course, finished with a choice of Pecorino or Parmesan.
Meanwhile, the grown up’s menu dishes out a whole load of choice too! Pick from Tagliatelle, Spinach Gnocchi to a truffle & mushroom Ravioli and everything else you can possibly think of, then of course a selection of 11 white or tomato bases. Our only complaint is that it was really rather hard to pin down a choice. And even harder to decide between a sprinkle of Pecorino or a dollop of fresh Burrata.
We’re big on the overall experience too. And Pasta Remoli’s fun touches to the menu, as well as the quirky decor dotted around the restaurant really made it. We chuckled at the signage above the kitchen and the tomato sauce remedy spotted in their bathroom. You’ll have to go there to see what we mean!
Overall, Pasta Remoli gets a thumbs up from City Kids Magazine. While we didn’t get to try it, we hear great things about their Halloween Specials so do be sure to drop by this Half Term.
