February half-term will be here before you know it. Our edit of things to do in London includes clubs, camps, activities and trips for all the family.

WWT London
Mud kitchens, adventure workshop, tracks and trails, map challenge and much more is planned from 12-20 February at the site in Barnes. Find out more here.

London Transport Museum
Join special activities inspired by the latest exhibition Legacies: London Transport’s Caribbean Workforce.  You’ll be able to explore the content of the exhibition through a fun flag exhibit and family-friendly labels that help children to think about the experiences of the people that made London their new home.

Courses include: Python & Java Coding, Minecraft Maker, Artificial Intelligence, Creative Digital Design and MORE!

Little House of Science
Classroom-based or online, single days or full weeks focussing on “What is biomimicry and what have we learned from nature”. Courses online or in-person at the Holiday Inn Kensington.
4-7yrs & 8-12yrs

Will to Win
Junior camps operate in Greenwich, Chiswick, Lammas Park, Pitshanger Park, Regents Park and Hyde Park.4-7yrs and 7-16yrs.

Camp Ally Pally
Tons of activities including Lego, play doh, self defence, ninja warrior so should suit all. 4-11yrs broken into suitable age groups.

The Little Gym
Gymnastics based camps for all abilities in Chiswick, Hampton, Wandsworth and Hampstead.
Check schedules with individual gyms.

Et Patati Patata
French day camps for 4-6yrs, 7-10yrs, 11-16yrs held at Hurlingham Academy.

Dukes Meadows
In person camps operating across tennis, golf, ski and multi-sport in Chiswick. Half-day or full day with lunch included.

Mother Nature Science
Various venues across London including Kingston, Richmond, Sutton, Harrow, Southgate, St John’s Wood, Hampstead, Kensington, Herne Hill
Book a day or a full week at these camps designed to have fun with science. Themed days include Rocket Launch, Powerful Air, Starry Light and Outer Space.

Rock & Roll Recruits
Budding musicians come together to work in groups towards a performance at the end of the course. Camps available for 7-18yrs broken into different age groups, held in Putney.

Sharky & George
There are sports, games, arts & crafts, drama, science and LOTS of water bombs at The Parsons Green Club! 

Rocks Lane
Venues in Chiswick, Barnes, Bishop’s Park and Hurlingham Park, Rocks Lane offers football, multi-sport, tennis and netball camps for kids from the age of three (shorter hours).

Role Models
Role Models has an amazing selection of online courses covering life skills for children such as confidence, leadership, resilience and problem solving.

Beatrix Potter: Drawn to Nature
This family friendly exhibition takes visitors on a journey to discover Potter’s life as a scientist and conservationist, exploring the places and animals that inspired her most beloved characters. In collaboration with the National Trust. Opens 12 February.

Sweet Making at Horniman Museum
Einstein’s Entertainers run sweet making workshops from 14-18 February so get ready for sherbet concocting, candy spine making and maybe even a strawberry lace race…

Imagine Children’s Festival
Running from 9th February Imagine celebrates its 20th anniversary with 160 events jam-packed into 12 days and over 50% of the festival is completely free. 

RIBA Half-term Workshops
From take away terrariums to building with recycled materials, each day is a different workshop for 6 to 18 year olds. Online courses also available.

Discover Children’s Story Centre
Plants, sea and gender equality. Storytelling Grow for little ones and for older kids, an amazing lineup of
visiting authors… and pirates. 

Bockett’s Farm
February Farming Week is bursting with activities including new lambs, Meet the Shepherd, birds of prey, Giggle Company, pig racing and all the indoor and outdoor play they can handle. 

Nature Week at Hever Castle
Pull on wellies and head around the Lake for a free nature themed scavenger hunt. Families can collect a bag at the main entrance along with a list of items to find around Lake Walk.

Le Gateau Chocolat’s Duckie
Family-friendly glamour and glitz takes centre stage this half-term in ‘Duckie’, a reimagining of Hans Christian Andersen’s ‘The Ugly Duckling’ with a message of tolerance and self acceptance at its core. Battersea Art’s continues its pay what you can afford.

Vets In Action
Kids can step into the role of a vet at ZSL London Zoo during a fun week of interactive family events celebrating their incredible work.
