This year, the British apple season has fallen early, due to the favourable weather in the spring and summer months. With a good quantity and quality of the 2022 British apple crop, British growers are predicting that their apples will be ideal for storage, meaning the potential for a full year-round (12 month) supply of British apples for UK shoppers. To celebrate the start of the British apple and pear season, we’ve this recipe with apples for you to try at home.
