City Kids selects the most festive Christmas jumpers around in 2022
On Thursday 8 December, millions of people up and down the country will don their most festive outfits at work, schools or coffee mornings to make the the world better with a sweater (we could not have said it better ourselves, thanks Save The Children), Christmas Jumper day as it’s traditionally known.
It’s a fun charity fundraiser created by Save the Children to help children in need.
This year will be TWICE as good as before. Every time you donate £2, the UK government has totally promised to give £2 to Save the Children too, through UK Aid Match. That means double the funds, double the fun! With all that extra cash, Save the Children has big plans to help mums and babies in Kenya.
And while it’s fun to have a collection of Christmas jumpers to rotate each year, you don’t have to buy a brand new one. Go second hand, sew baubles to a jumper you already own or buy a preloved sweater though Save The Children’s online shop.

Claim your JustGiving page (this one’s optional but makes things easier!)
Get your fundraising resources (our friends at JustGiving will email them)
Get your jumpers to celebrate the best day of the year
Donate your team’s fundraising on JustGiving any time (or via the Save the Children website from mid-October)
