“Health has become overcomplicated. Dr Chatterjea aims to simplify it with stories from  leading health experts and exciting personalities who offer easy health life-hacks, expert advice and debunk common health myths giving you the tools to revolutionise how you eat, sleep, move and relax.

Eve Kalinik and Rose Ferguson challenge each other to try a fad diet, test a heath gadget or explore an issue that’s become the latest craze. They’ll record their experience testing out these trends over several days or weeks and report back. As wellness experts, they separate the pseudo from the science, and give you a frank and honest account of their experience.

The Headspace team produce a weekday morning podcast so we can take a few moments to step out of the internal chatter and external noise. They say: “We’ll pause and reflect to consider what brings us together in this shared human condition and how we can live a life that best reflects our limitless potential”.

The Positivity Podcast is a half-hour, in-depth, non-journalistic interview programme hosted by Paul McKenna. Each week, he dives deep into interviews with the likes of Gary Human, DJ Fat Tony, Joe Wickes and Goldie.
