We like to support female founded brands year round, but what better excuse to shout about some of the brands we keep coming back to than International Women’s Day.

Tiba + Marl

Tiba + Marl is a London based parenting accessories brand founded in 2015 by Anna Tizard and Lydia Barron. After becoming mothers, they recognised a lack of stylish yet practical baby changing bags.

Drawing on their backgrounds in fashion buying and accessories design, they created a brand that combines contemporary design with functionality, producing modern, mostly unisex bags and accessories for parents.

Cotton Twist

Anne-Clare, founder of Cotton Twist, launched the brand in 2015 with a mission to nurture children’s creativity while minimising environmental impact.

Frustrated by the abundance of plastic toys and screen-led entertainment that do little to spark imagination, she set out to bring back the simple joy of hands-on crafting. Today, Cotton Twist is known for its beautifully designed, low-plastic craft kits that encourage children to create, explore and engage in meaningful play.
