Spark your mini artist’s creativity and imagination at a Family Morning at the Affordable Art Fair.

When: Family mornings are on from May 10 to 11, from 10am to 12pm. Art Fair runs from May 7 to 11.

Where: Hampstead Heath

Ticket price: Weekend Family Morning – £20. For family groups, ticket admits two adults and up to three children under 16. Other tickets available.

On Saturday and Sunday, Family Morning Partner Kido will also be hosting a drop in painting workshop. With large floor-based and table-based canvases, kids can move freely and experiment with different movements to bring their imaginations to life.

This workshop is suitable for all ages and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Make sure to arrive early. Parental supervision is required. 

Organisers are inviting the next generation of artists to explore their connection with the natural world through art. Open to children from Reception to Year 9, this competition encourages young artists to create an artwork inspired by the theme Heath and Happiness – reflecting on how nature can inspire feelings of peace, joy, and well-being. Winning entries and runners-up will be showcased at the fair, giving young artists the exciting opportunity to have their work celebrated at a major art event.
