After an explosive argument with her Mum on a Victoria line station, eleven-year-old Alice leaps onto the tube seconds before the doors hiss shut.

Trapped on a train speeding into Nonsense, surrounded by weird and wonderful passengers, and at the mercy of a Queen who won’t relinquish the controls, can Alice turn this train around?

Award-winning, genre- bending theatre company Poltergeist weaves rap music together with the sights and sounds of Brixton into a hundred-mile-an-hour Christmas adventure.

This is the first homegrown show staged in Brixton for 40 years. The show will appeal to both adults and family audiences.

Much of the action and the storyline is set against the thrilling backdrop of the London Underground. The creatives collaborating on this show were an unusual mix. This included an illustrator, who was part of the devising process.
