ATTILA IN CONCERT

Italian conductor Speranza Scappucci makes her Royal Opera debut conducting these special concert performances of Verdi’s second opera for La Fenice in Venice, which tells the founding story of the city itself after the destruction of Aquileia by Attila, King of the Huns.

This is a rare opportunity to experience one of Verdi’s most stirring operas with a fantastic cast that includes Ildar Abdrazakov as the conquering Attila, and Maria José Siri as Odabella, daughter of the Lord of the fateful Aquileia.

There is lift access as well as step-free routes to over 100 seats in the Stalls Circle, Balcony and Amphitheatre. There are 10 steps or fewer to some seats in the Stalls Circle, Balcony, Amphitheatre and also the Donald Gordon Grand Tier. Also note all seats in the Orchestra stalls are accessed by 9 steps or more. There is an Assisted Hearing Facility, and the ROH produces Audio Introductions for most Main Stage Events.
