There’s so much to do both outside and inside the Crick:

• Try the super signallers challenge.
• Cook up a stem cell potion or discover your immune cell superpower.
• Take the spotlight and interview a scientist to ask your burning questions and learn more about life in the lab at the Crick.
• Plus enjoy a live science magic show and so much more.

Pop along to enjoy the outside activities going on throughout the day from 11.00 until 16.00. To explore the activities inside the building, you’ll need to join a timed slot – these slots cannot be booked. 

At the end of each slot, you’re welcome to either watch our live science magic show in the Wellcome auditorium, or leave the building and return to the activities outside.

There are relaxed openings especially suitable for children, young people, and families with members who are autistic, neurodivergent, have sensory needs. They are also for anyone who would benefit from visiting the Crick in a quieter, calmer environment.
