Green-fingered dinosaur lovers are invited to the Family Seed Excavation Adventure at the Chelsea Physic Garden. Go exploring amongst the plants for some seeds to dig up and cultivate. Search the depths of the garden for a treasure to grow yourself, before making a miniature dinosaur environment. Discover the wonder of plants as old as the dinosaurs, and enjoy a different side of the jurassic world.

Family Seed Excavation Adventure

Join in the adventure for a dinosaur themed visit to the historic Chelsea Physic Garden. Spend the morning hunting for seed heads amidst the soil, before excavating them from the plants, as well as growing your own mini dinosaur environment.

This workshop is primarily intended for participants ages 5 and up.

Please note:

One person admitted per ticket only.

The event takes place from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

Children must be accompanied by at least one ticket holding adult and there is no discount for Friends of the Garden
