A feast for the eyes and the taste buds, the experimental food market has been co-curated with The Robin Collective and will offer visitors a chance to ‘eat joy’ in the form of creative and unexpected delicacies. Savoury delights will include:

An impressive and vibrantly coloured five cheese fondue fountain served with sides to dip such as savoury sweet potato doughnuts.

Florescent glow in the dark bao buns filled with meat and vegetarian options.

Brightly coloured candyfloss burritos.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream.

Complimentary tasters will also be on offer throughout the market. A cocktail bar will serve warm and cold tipples, including an Upside-Down Iced Tea, a twist on the classic but boozy and served hot with jelly ‘ice cube’ and the Punchy Punch filled with warming and flavoursome ingredients such as ginger and a hint of chilli. 

Seating will be available offering shoppers a much-deserved break whilst enjoying a bite to eat. A separate dark room will be available where the glow in the dark bao buns will transform into brightly florescent colours beneath UV lighting. Roaming entertainment will animate the market. Expect enchanting magicians and a life size human slinky which twists and tumbles just like the real toy.
