More information from organisers:

The Greenwich+Docklands International Festival (GDIF) 2023 has this year adopted the theme of “Acts of Hope”. The free festival offers uplifting moments for reflection, creativity and celebration. Take a theatrical journey on a London bus, marvel as illuminated swans perform a water ballet and enter an immersive shipping container with a trampoline for a roof.

It is one of London’s leading festival of free outdoor theatre and performing arts. GDIF aims to raise the ambition, quality and diversity of outdoor work produced, as well as breaking new ground in outdoor performance.

GDIF collaborates with artists and arts organisations around the world to create extraordinary productions. To do this, they are commissioning, re-imagining, producing and showcasing a growing repertory of work that brings public spaces to life. All ensured to be engaging and inspiring to large, diverse audiences.

GDIF’s full programme, ticketing and access information will be announced closer to the event.
