Come and meet Duggee from Hey Duggee as he visits the Epping Ongar Railway. The beloved character takes a trip on a special performance train to say hello, before you take your own journey aboard a steam train. Featuring activities, photo opportunities, and even some magic, come for a charming day out.

Calling all squirrels! Hey Duggee is one of the happiest, most fun shows on kids TV and the Epping Ongar Railway is delighted that it’s huggable star, Duggee, will visit the EOR for the first time at the end of August.

Duggee will be making appearances throughout the day on both 28th and 29th August at the times shown below, so fans have the chance to see him. Be sure to come and say hello and don’t forget your camera! A-WOOF!

It will be a great day out for all the family – especially the younger ones.

Capacity on each train will be limited and advance booking is essential.

You can see Duggee on the platform at the following times, before taking a ride on a heritage steam train through the Essex countryside to Ongar and return.

The experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Resident magician, John, will be on board the train with lots of tricks to keep you entertained during the journey, and there will be other on-board activities too.
