LINE OF LIGHT FESTIVAL

A three kilometre light installation, Line of Light, will illuminate the sky to celebrate two new Tube stations and the communities that live above the tunnels.

The installation – a daisy-chain of high-density light beams – will run between the new Battersea Power station and Nine Elms station as well as Kennington station. Buildings along the route will be lit up with projections and feature soundscapes recorded with local community groups.

The festival runs from Friday September 29th to Saturday October 30th from 6.30pm to 10pm. And free activities, street entertainment and live music during the day from 4pm. Find out more here.
