The highly anticipated Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup & Concert returns to Ascot Racecourse this summer and promises to provide an exciting blend of on and off the track entertainment. As one of the most popular racedays of the year, this unique fixture in the global racing calendar sees renowned jockeys
from around the world join forces and compete to win racing’s ultimate team prize.
The suspense-filled day will be followed by a spectacular post-racing concert in the evening headlined by the legendary Craig David Presents TS5 who returns to Ascot following sell-out success in 2017.
TS5 started out as the most exclusive pre-party hosted by Craig at his penthouse home in Miami. Craig’s
set combines massive ‘old skool’ anthems from R&B to Swing beat, to Garage and Bashment, whilst
merging current chart-topping house hits making TS5 a globally recognised party brand having toured
the world with over 1.5 million people worldwide experiencing the show.
Many musicians, DJs and celebrities are described as household names, but there are few who could
claim to be as widely known and loved as Melanie C who will make her Ascot debut in 2023 alongside
Ascot veteran, TV personality and radio DJ Marvin Humes.
This highlight summer event will feature a thrilling six-race contest between competing teams divided into Great Britain & Ireland, Europe, The Ladies and the Rest of the World. The 2023 teams are packed with 12 stellar international riders such as Frankie Dettori, Olivier Peslier and Hayley Turner. Visitors and racing fans alike can look forward to an exciting day of action on the track with £500,000 of prize money on offer as the four teams battle it out for the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup.
Tickets start from £30 for the Queen Anne Enclosure, £50 for the Winning Post Enclosure and £75 for the King Edward VII Enclosure when booked in advance. There is FREE entry for children under 18 with a full paying adult.
