Join two weeks of a Summer Family Festival full of friendly events and activities inspired by people and portraits. From storytelling to photography workshops and creative hands-on activities, there will be lots to make and do at the National Portrait Gallery.

When: July 31 to August 4 and August 7 to 11 | 11am to 4pm

Ticket price: All activities are free and drop in. Capacity is limited, first come first served.

Summer Family Festival workshops will take place in the Learning Centre on Floor -2.

When you arrive, head to the Family Desk on Floor 0 to see what’s on and pick up a family activity trail map.

A lunch and break out space can be found in the Clore Studio on Floor -3 in the Learning Centre.
