In collaboration with Happy Marlo, the emotional wellbeing platform for young children and families, Summer Family Zen Den is a free ticketed event.

Events include:

Marlo’s Magical Soothing Sound Bath | Wednesday 2 August │ 11am-12pm

Estelle Coughlan, an accredited member of the College of Sound Healing, will guide children and
families through a deeply calming and relaxing sound bath experience using crystal bowls, Tibetan
bowls, gongs, rain sticks, rattles, and more.

Marlo Brings ‘Joyology’ to the Green | Wednesday 9 August │ 11am-12pm

Hosted by Joyologist Donna Easton, this energetic and laughter-filled workshop will be a wellness
party for the whole family. This lively interactive session is an energy-raising, laughter-inducing
workshop that will lift the whole family’s spirits, see everyone dancing, exploring, and equip children
with the tools to embrace happiness to the fullest.

Marlo’s Movement, Meditation & Sound Healing | Wednesday 16 August │ 11am-12pm

Led by Estelle Coughlan and Natasha Walter, this one hour guided and interactive workshop will
introduce children of all ages to mindfulness through movement, meditation, and sound healing. The
session will start with deep relaxation techniques using simple breathwork; it will then move to a
relaxing meditation, and a deeply calming sound bath with crystal bowls and the gong.

In addition to the Happy Marlo events, families are invited to come by Seething Lane Garden and
enjoy child-friendly entertainment including balloon artists, magicians, and a face painter. Children
under 16 will also receive free ice creams.
