Please collect a Tail Trail map upon arrival at the museum. Bring your own pencils.

During your visit, discover how the docks transformed London and how it also made the city we know today at the Museum of London Docklands. The port and river collection is displayed  in a 200-year-old warehouse located close to the river Thames. From Roman settlement to the development of Canary Wharf, the long history of the capital as a port is revealed through stories of trade, migration as well as commerce.

The Museum of London also tells the story of the capital from its first settlers to modern times. There are sites in central London and in Hackney.
