On a remote island, Prospero commands spirit Ariel to wreck a passing ship. Washed ashore, the ship’s passengers – and all the island’s inhabitants – are soon caught up in a magical plot of love, revenge and forgiveness. Can everyone find the freedom they are searching for?
Following Summer 2022’s Julius Caesar, award-winning Director Diane Page returns to the Globe.
Content guidance: The play contains stage fighting, which includes knife use, as well as themes of loss, grief and sexual assault.
