For the first time ever, Chiswick House will open its grand doors this festive season to host a brand-new immersive event – The Twelfth Night of Christmas. Running from 21 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, this magical family experience invites visitors to explore the iconic West London landmark like never before.

Presented by CLW Event Design and Underbelly, the team behind some of the UK’s most imaginative live experiences, The Twelfth Night of Christmas reimagines the historic 18th-century villa through the lens of the beloved carol The Twelve Days of Christmas.

Families can wander through a sequence of opulent themed rooms, brought to life with bespoke sculptures, lavish costumes, theatrical floristry and dazzling festive installations. Inspired by Georgian grandeur, this unique event showcases Chiswick House as it was originally intended – a place for celebration, creativity and social connection.

For younger visitors, an 18th-century-style grotto opens from 29 November, where Father Christmas will share festive stories and a special gift.
